This website is highlight our products to Order and send your gifts to hand delivered in Manama. Any person ( age above 18 years) as individual or on behalf of a company can place the order for flowers delivery in Manama.


Our main products are flower arrangements (Hand bouquet, glass vase arrangements, basket arrangements and big stand arrangements), Arabian Sweets, Fresh & Dry Fruits, Nuts, Soft toys, and Cakes from reputed bakery in Manama.
We do not provide any other products or services which are not made available in website.
The quality of Cake, Chocolates, Sweets, Fresh & Dry fruits are entirely depends upon the brand owners.


Roses, Lilies, Carnations, Daisies, Gerbera, Statice, Orchids etc are available on all days.
Sometimes the shown arrangement or colour or type of flower is not available in our stock or due to non-season or which is beyond our control, the product will be delivered differs a little from the one displayed.
We provide our best to deliver flowers fill to value better than what is display.

Image of the product:

Image of the products are given in website with description to understand the type of flowers, style of arrangement and the composition.
There may be some difference between the image and the actual arrangement delivered depending upon the flowers, fillers and accessories available on a given day.
We make sure that type of flowers and style of arrangement is being followed.
We do not promise to provide picture of the item after preparing the arrangement, as there are practical difficulties.

Delivery Date and Time:

Same day delivery do not guarantee the time of delivery.
Advance orders accept the delivery with the ranges of 10-12 noon, 1pm-5pm, 6pm-8 pm.
The bakeries make ready fresh Cakes by 10.30 A.M. Thus it is possible for us to deliver cakes only after that time.
We reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to an earlier or later date in case of natural calamity such floods, Heavy Rains, Cyclone or any other such reasons beyond our control.
Order doesn't mention any instruction of delivery period, date we do have right to deliver the item as soon as possible.

Changes in Order:

If any changes required in the order products or greeting message, We can accept before the shipment.
If a shipping address is not entered by mistake you can touch with us and send details through email, no need to cancel the order.


Initial method: Any dispute about the perishable products, service or website contents need to be discussed with the management by sending email to support@bahrainflowerdelivery.com after within 6 hours of actual delivery time.
We solve all your disputes with a right manner. No need to lodge a complaint with your credit card company or to our payment merchant.

Payment Refund or Replacement:

Refund will be available only on below mentioned situations Ordered item is not delivered on the date specified in the order form
The delivered flowers quality is poor. However this type complaint to be raised within 6 hours from the delivered time.
Flowers delivered is entirely different from the item ordered online.
Cancelled orders by us or you before the shipment or the date of delivery.
We do have right to cancel the order without any prior notification, If the order has not been delivered or cancelled due to some inconvenience.
You do not claim for any other charges such as loss or profits, emotional stress etc. arising because of non-delivery, we shall not be held responsible.
"Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment".

Guarantee will not apply (FULL charges will be applied) if:

Unable to locate the recipient's "correct" address.
Given Insufficient or Wrong information e.g recipient telephone number, name or address etc by You
Recipient cannot be reached when delivering to places like Hospitals, Hotels, Arriving/Departing ships or plane etc.
An appointment scheduled by receiver/representative and receiver/representative is absent from the delivery location and the products to be delivered are perishable items, then the delivery is considered to be done and no refund.
Order cancelled after order is processed and consignments shipment is initiated.
Quality Complaints about perishable items such flowers, cake & chocolates after 12 hours from the delivered time.
